A layered semi-circular mandala from which delicate chains and bells cascade downward, evoking temple hangings and festival decoration. The hanging elements are built in the same clay relief as the mandala itself rather than added as hardware.

Lippan work originates in the villages of Kutch, Gujarat, where women artisans traditionally decorated home interiors with hand-moulded clay relief embedded with mirror fragments, a practice passed down through generations.
