These Terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Indyra, operated by Progro Digital Ltd, United Kingdom. By using our services you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. What we sell

  • Ready-to-ship handcrafted wall art
  • Made-to-order pieces, produced after you order
  • Commissioned and trade work for hospitality, retail and interiors projects

How products are shown

We photograph our work as accurately as we can. However, colours vary between screens, materials and finishes vary between pieces, and handmade work includes natural variation. These variations are not defects.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or verify information before processing. You will receive email confirmation once an order is placed.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and in pounds sterling otherwise
  • Taxes and duties are included in the displayed price in markets where we are able to do so. Where they are not, this is stated before you pay
  • Payment is processed securely by third-party providers
  • We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order

6. Commissioned work

  • Commissioned pieces are produced to a specification you supply
  • Once an artisan has begun work, they cannot be cancelled
  • You are responsible for providing accurate measurements where a piece is made to your dimensions
  • Natural variation in texture, tone and finish is inherent to the work and is not a defect

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship internationally, including from India. Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance, though we will always help you chase them.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: you have 14 days from delivery to cancel a standard order; commissioned pieces made to your specification are non-returnable unless damaged, faulty or incorrect.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — images, designs, text and branding — belongs to Indyra and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

10. Using the website

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access restricted areas. We may restrict access where these terms are breached.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party services including payment processors and analytics tools. We are not responsible for their performance or their policies.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Indyra and Progro Digital Ltd against claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
