Shipping policy

Every piece is made by hand in India and sent out with care, wherever you are in the world.

Ready-to-ship pieces

These are finished and waiting. We dispatch them within 3 to 5 business days.

Made-to-order pieces

Some work is begun only once you have ordered it. Artisans need around 14 days to complete a piece before it can be dispatched, because it is being made for you rather than pulled from a shelf. We think that is worth waiting for, and we will keep you posted along the way.

Delivery

Once your order is on its way, delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on where you are. You will get tracking details as soon as it ships, so you can follow it.

Duties and taxes

Depending on where you live, import duties or local taxes may apply when your order arrives. For many destinations we include these at checkout so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Where that is not possible you will see it clearly before you pay. We would never let a charge arrive as a surprise.

Packaging

Glass, mirror and relief work all need protecting properly, so everything is packed for the journey rather than for the shelf. If something does arrive damaged despite that, please see our returns policy — we will put it right.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived when you expected, or the tracking stops making sense, please get in touch. We read every message ourselves, and would always rather hear from you early than have you sit and wonder.
